CANCELLATION POLICY

The cancellation policy for any dive or snorkel or SNUBA trips, private charters, groups, dive/accommodation packages or instructions is as follows:

• Cancellations less than 14 days prior to your reservation will be charged a cancellation fee of 1/2 of the total price. Cancellations less than 7 days prior to reservations will be charged in full.
• Considerable time and effort goes into preparing for your arrival. Therefore, the following cancellation policies are strictly enforced for the consideration of the other guests, passengers and crew.
• For holidays and special events, the cancellation time frame is 30 days from your actual reservation.
• Weather cancellations are made by our Captain only and then any fees would not apply.
