We had high expectations based on the website and TripAdvisor reviews.....our expectations were exceeded. The hotel and room decor were simple, but very tastefully done. The decks with Adirondack chairs were just what the doctor ordered for morning coffee and evening wine. The adult only pool was pristine and the temperature was perfect. The white sand beach was immaculate and a special bonus compared to other hotels we've experienced in the keys. The grounds were very well maintained and we found the hotel staff very friendly and accommodating. We also had an excellent meal at the Butterfly Café, which is located at the resort. Bottom line, "Tranquility Bay" is a most appropriate name for this resort!

This was our first visit to the resort. What a wonderful experience! The 3 bedroom beach house was the perfect size for our family; clean, comfortable, and very well equipped. We stayed in an end unit directly off the white sand beach--our porch facing the beautiful, palm tree lined blue waters. A stunning view. TJ's Tiki Bar was fun and the Butterfly Cafe was a wonderful, delicious experience. The entire staff... from the front desk (especially Ashley), to housekeeping, to the bar and restaurant, was friendly, helpful and very accommodating. We noticed as we moved about the resort, that the other guests were relaxed, friendly, and seemed to be enjoying the pools and sand beach as much as we were. The resort is a great place to relax, recharge, and play. Can't wait to go back! Don't think twice....go visit, see for yourself.

If you are looking for a great place to stay in the Keys and have lots of fun and relaxation then Tranquility Bay Resort is the place for you. Hate to sound like an advertisement but it is everything you see and read on the web site. We were well taken care of and the friendly and very courteous staff was extremely responsive to any of our needs. The beach houses are great, the beaches are beautiful and the pool is relaxing. The location is in the middle Keys and just a short drive to anything the keys offer. I would certainly recommend the resort to any of my family or friends as a great place to vacation. –Bob M., Jacksonville, FL 2011

My friends and I had a wonderful time at Tranquility Bay Resort. The staff and facilities exceeded our expectations. Everyone was friendly and helpful and helped make our week fun and full of good memories in spite of the record breaking week of storms and rain. I can't wait to go back with our children and grandchildren to play in the beautiful lagoon and enjoy the exceptional facilities. Go to Tranquility Bay Resort. You won't be disappointed.

"Couldn't have been any better"

Was very happy with our stay, check in went great and our place was perfect for our long journey down. We sat and ate at the butterfly cafe and it was top-notch, service was perfection and you just wanted to eat more it was so good. The tiki bar was fun all day, the bartender kept making his rob punches for us, and giving us all the secrets of fun in the keys…We can wait to come back down and see the staff again, they just were so pleasant…Thank You guys!

'I am writing to tell you what a spectacular job your staff in the Butterfly Café did for my daughter's 21st birthday. Our family, with an age range of 8-79, made a reservation for this special occasion dinner. From the moment I walked into the restaurant, I knew I made the right choice. The gentleman that took my reservation was personable and professional. We arrived to a beautifully set table. From beginning to end the dinner was perfect—service and food. The staff was extremely accommodating. We are from the NY metropolitan area and are quite spoiled regarding the availability of quality restaurants in our area. Your restaurant rivaled all of them.
