Florida Planning and Zoning Association's Outstanding Private Development Award (1995)
Award recognizing the successful implementation of innovative land-use planning and design parameters by a private sector developer.

The Audubon Society- Certificate of Recognition (1998)
Certificate awarded for the decisive action to protect a valuable Key West
nesting area used by several hundred Roseate Terns, a threatened species.

Resolution from the Sate of Florida (1987)
A resolution unanimously passed by the Governor and Cabinet of the State of Florida
and presented to Pritam Singh and Ann Johnston. The resolution documented
Singh and Johnston's development experience and expertise-and the States confidence in
The Singh Company to thoughtfully restore President Truman's "Little White House",
a historic property which was successfully transformed by The Singh Company into
