Important Alert Regarding Tranquility Bay Post Hurricane Irma
Due to Hurricane Irma's impact on the resort and the destination, Tranquility Bay Resort will be closed to arrivals until further notice. Pre-existing reservations through October 1st, have been canceled and any deposit will be refunded in full. Please excuse any delay in receiving a cancelation confirmation. We plan to re-open October 2nd and will actively work with guests to re-book stays that were canceled. Guests with future reservations through October 15th may cancel without penalty. Email email@example.com to cancel your reservation but please bear with us in canceling future reservations as we have limited resources at the moment. If you need assistance in canceling a reservation, please include your full name, confirmation number and arrival date or forward your reservation email.
We look forward to re-opening our resort on October 2nd and remain grateful for your kind words and support over the past few weeks. Though Tranquility Bay will be open, we kindly ask you to keep in mind that our community is still in the process of restoring services, operations and our little piece of paradise as a whole. Several local restaurants, amenities and attractions our guests typically enjoy may not share the same good fortune as we do and therefore may not be open or have limited services. The Monroe County Tourism Development Council is using October 20th as a goal date to welcome visitors back to the Florida Keys and before this time, the resort will mainly be open to local residents, first responders, government officials and disaster recovery personnel.
If you have any questions or concerns in the meantime, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
