Notice: Temporary Closure of Tranquility Bay

Florida Keys Officials Announce Accommodations Closure

To our valued Tranquility Bay guests:

Following a mandate from county officials on COVID-19, Tranquility Bay Resort and all Florida Keys lodging businesses will close to guests effective Sunday, March 22 at 6 p.m. through April 5, 2020. The health and safety of our guests, employees and community are always of the utmost importance. For more information on the county’s statement, please visit fla-keys.com.

Guests with Current Reservations

Guests with a current reservation from March 22 through April 5, 2020 will have your reservation automatically canceled. You do not need to contact us to cancel your reservation. You will receive a full refund. Please note that if you booked through a third party like Booking.com, Expedia, etc., you will need to contact your travel agency directly to cancel your reservation. Please allow 10 business days for the refund of your deposit to be processed and returned to your account, by your banking institution.

Cancelations for Future Bookings

If you wish to cancel a future reservation outside the above window, please visit www.tranquilitybay.com/cancel and complete the cancelation form. Again, if you booked through a third party like Booking.com, Expedia, etc., you will need to contact your travel agency directly to cancel your reservation. Please allow 10 business days for the refund of your deposit to be processed and returned to your account, by your banking institution.
