Our Tranquility Bay beach and all amenities are open

Our Tranquility Bay Beach is still open for all guests who have an overnight reservation. All amenities, including dining outlets and watersports are also open. Our restaurants are currently serving alcohol, per county guidelines.

In accordance with local regulations a mask or face covering may be required in all public spaces.

Recent updates from Monroe County

  • Update on mandatory face masks in the Florida Keys:
    Throughout the Florida Keys, officials have made it mandatory for facial coverings of the nose and mouth to be worn by everyone in business establishments — a lodging facility, restaurant, grocery store, pharmacy, indoor attraction, museum, retail or clothing shop, beauty salon, health spa, etc. — and other public settings where under any roofed area, including an outdoor tiki restaurant/bar. They also must be worn outdoors when social distancing of six feet or more is not possible. Read more
     
  • Update on restaurants, bars, and the sale of alcoholic beverages:
    As of June 26, 2020: Florida bars and pubs suspended the sales of alcoholic beverages for consumption on premises until further notice. Restaurants are currently operating at 50 percent indoor capacity, with appropriate social distancing. Facial coverings are required to be worn entering and exiting an indoor establishment and removed only while seated and eating or drinking. Bars and restaurants in Monroe County are required to close from 11pm to 5am nightly from July 24th through August 19th. Read more
     
  • Update on beaches in the Florida Keys:
    Public beaches in the Florida Keys are open from dawn to dusk with limited amenities. Groups are suggested to maintain a 6-foot distance during beach access. Read more
     
  • Update on Monroe County events:
    Due to Covid-19, most near-term Florida Keys special events have been or are likely to be canceled. If you see an event listed, please check the event’s website or call its organizer for more details. Read more

Guests with current reservations

If you have an existing reservation and would like to alter your travel dates or cancel, please call our reservations team on 888-589-9860 or email reservations@tranquilitybay.com. You can also complete a self-cancellation form at www.tranquilitybay.com/cancel.

Please note, if you booked through a third party such as Booking.com or Expedia, you will need to contact them directly to cancel your reservation.
