Tranquility Bay Resort guarantees that every hotel reservation booked through the tranquilitybay.com website is guaranteed to have the best rate publicly available on the Internet.

If you find a rate for our resort on another travel website lower than the best available Internet rate on the tranquilitybay.com website, for the same room type and dates, and rate payment requirements (e.g. full prepayment requirement) and restrictions, we will match the lower rate.

If you find lower rates at the time of booking, call Tranquility Bay Resort at 888-965-5595 and we will match the rate.

You must do the following to claim our Best Internet Rate Guarantee:

Contact Tranquility Bay Resort prior to your cancellation window cutoff. Once within your cancellation window cutoff, rates and stay dates are locked in. Reservations cannot be modified or cancelled within the cancellation window of arrival without incurring a cancellation penalty equal to the first night plus tax.
Upon our reservation department's verification of your claim, Tranquility Bay Resort will honor that rate for the nights for which the lower rate was found.
Rates online must be publicly available and bookable on the Internet at the time of verification. Screenshots or other similarly produced images will not be accepted.

Note: This guarantee does not apply to:

Prepay and Save (Advance Purchase) rate reservations.
Opaque or auction sites where the hotel brand and/or the specific hotel is not known until booking is finalized.
Packaged rates that include air, car rentals, taxes, service charges, meals, coupons, parking, services, or other services and amenities.
Qualified discount rates including, but not limited to, Government or Senior Citizen Discounts.
Unpublished, negotiated rates with corporations, travel agencies, groups, associations or other rates that are specifically agreed upon by Tranquility Bay Resort and a specified and limited group, and are not publicly available.
