  • Lobby hours: 6:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.

  • Check in time: as rooms become available after 4:00 p.m.

  • Late arrival: after 11:00 p.m. (please contact us to arrange prior to your arrival).

  • Check out time: before 11:00 a.m.

  • Late departure: after 11.00 a.m. – subject to a late check-out fee.

  • Minimum age: 25 years to reserve a room, confirmed by photo ID at check-in. Guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a guest aged 25 years or older during the full course of their stay. Parties unaccompanied by an adult over 25 years may be asked to leave the resort at any time.

  • Pools close at dusk due to turtle lighting restrictions. 

  • Please note room occupancy limits when booking. Children are counted as one person in the booking party, regardless of age.

  • Parking is available for guest vehicles only. Parking for recreational vehicles, boats, trailers and other oversized vehicles is not permitted at Tranquility Bay Resort.

  • Pets are not permitted at Tranquility Bay Resort, with the exception of guide dogs.

Beach

Please note that at certain times of the year, a prevailing north wind can bring seagrass to our beach. While we work hard to clean the beach regularly, it isn’t always possible to remove all the seagrass due to wind direction. Local restrictions prevent us from permanently removing seagrass from the water, and we are therefore required to place the grass into another location of the ocean.

Please note: Tranquility Bay Beach House Resort is a 100% non-smoking hotel. We request guests maintain our smoke-free resort policy. Smoking is not allowed in the beach houses, porches, Tiki Bar, restaurant, lawns, pathways, beach or pool areas.
