Yes! Tranquility Bay offers convenient on-site dining and beverage options, including waterfront dining, cocktails, poolside service, and grab-and-go offerings designed to make your stay effortless and enjoyable. To help maintain a clean, comfortable, and elevated resort experience for all guests, outside food, beverages, and coolers are not allowed at our pools and beachfront areas.
Reservations are recommended for dinner at Butterfly Café, especially during peak travel seasons in the Florida Keys. For more casual waterfront dining at TJ’s Tiki Bar, walk-ins are welcome and seating is available on a first-come basis.
While our dining outlets are only open for lunch and dinner, we do offer guests pastries, seasonal tropical fruit, and coffee in the morning for purchase inside the lobby. We also have breakfast boxes available for purchase. Scan the dining QR code found inside your accommodations for more information, or stop by the front desk for an order form.
Pets are not permitted at Tranquility Bay Resort, with the exception of service animals.

Yes. Tranquility Bay offers a variety of outdoor event spaces, including beachfront and waterfront settings ideal for gatherings, receptions, and group activities. Select indoor spaces are also available for smaller meetings and group functions, allowing for flexibility based on the needs of your event.
Check-in time begins at 4pm; guests will be checked in as rooms become available. Guests who anticipate a late arrival (after 11pm) should contact the Resort in advance to advise of their estimated arrival time. Check out time is before 11am. Early departures will incur an additional fee of one night’s room and tax charged to the card on file.
Our fitness center is open 24 hours for resort guests with an array of equipment to choose from, including a brand new Peloton Bike! Guests of the resort can park up to one vehicle per villa or guest room on property for no additional charge.
If you add the Weather Guarantee at booking, you’ll receive a daily reimbursement when 1+ hours of qualifying rain (1.5 mm/hour or more) occur between 8 AM and 8 PM during your stay. Sensible Weather monitors the forecast, alerts you if weather triggers coverage, and sends your reimbursement automatically.
Tropical garden guest rooms include flat-screen TVs, hairdryers, en-suite bathrooms, complimentary WiFi, a mini fridge, A/C and heat, coffee makers, complimentary parking, and desks. Yes, our Resort Fee is $55 per night (excluding 12.5% applicable taxes). The resort fee includes complimentary use of bikes outside the resort, access to our fitness center, various weekly activities, and environmental interests around the resort.
