Yes. Tranquility Bay is a laid-back setting for family reunions, team-building trips, corporate retreats, and get-togethers of all kinds. Our team of seasoned hospitality professionals will help bring your vision to life, from accommodations to dining to event space.

Groups can book a mix of two and three-bedroom beach villas and hotel guest rooms. Each villa is a private, standalone beach house that sleeps four to six guests, with a fully equipped kitchen, dishes, linens, and in-unit laundry. Hotel guest rooms feature coastal-inspired decor and flexible bed configurations that comfortably accommodate up to four guests.

Tranquility Bay offers several indoor and open-air venues for dinners and group sessions: the Butterfly Cafe and its patio for daytime gatherings, dinners, and receptions; the Beachfront Gazebo for open-air get-togethers and cocktail hours; and the Garden Pool for receptions. Our team will help match your group to the right space based on your headcount and occasion.

Capacity varies by space. The Butterfly Cafe and its patio each hold up to 50 guests, the Garden Pool up to 40, and the Beachfront Gazebo is suited to smaller open-air gatherings. Share your expected headcount with our team and we’ll recommend the best fit.

Our banquet menus include breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as hors d’oeuvres and cocktails. Dining is served buffet or family-style. Bar packages and a la carte beverage service are also available.

Groups can choose from hosted bar packages, including Premium Brand, Luxury Brand, Beer & Wine, and Premium Wine, each priced per person for a set duration. A la carte options such as cocktails by the gallon, a bubbly bar, and a Bloody Mary bar are also available.

Guests can hop on jet skis, paddleboards, and kayaks with on-site watersports rentals, join an outdoor yoga class, or unwind with in-room massages and bodywork. Local artists bring the rhythms of the Keys to TJ’s Tiki Bar on weekends. On-site, groups also enjoy three pools and a private white-sand beach.

Yes. Outdoor events must end by 8 p.m., and noise levels are regulated by resort staff. Groups planning outdoor events will be asked to reserve rooms close to the event space. All outside contractors must be approved by the resort.
