Terms and Conditions

Offer is valid only on select room types and dates, subject to availability. Rates do not reflect an additional per night resort fee and 12.5% applicable tax. Offer is valid on new bookings only and cannot be applied to existing reservations.

Deposit Policy

Reservations booked at this rate require a deposit equal to the first night’s stay plus 12.5% tax, due at the time of reservation. Declined cards will not be re-authorized.

Cancellation Policy

All reservations must cancel 3 days prior to arrival. Deposit will be forfeited in the event of a late cancellation or no-show. An early checkout will be charged an additional one-night penalty. *Stays between December 24, 2023 and January 1, 2024 require 7-day notice to avoid cancellation fees. Blackout dates apply.
