Tranquility Bay Beachfront Resort Reservation Policies
Reservations:
Reservations for Tranquility Bay Beachfront Resort can be made by telephone or online. A room is not reserved until a credit card has been obtained for deposit. Please note: upon confirmation of your reservation, you are obligated for the deposit, as outlined below. A confirmation email will be sent to you. Should you not receive a confirmation email it is your responsibility to contact us to ensure we have the correct information on file.
Deposit and Payment:
All deposits will be charged at the time of booking and applies to any and all date(s) of your reservation. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. If you plan on using a gift certificate, please let us know at the time of booking.
CANCELLATION POLICIES
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to make our policies as clear and straightforward as possible. All cancellation timeframes are based on arrival date and 4:00 p.m. EST.
Standard Cancellation Policy: 7 Days*
Most reservations may be cancelled 7 days or more before arrival for a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will result in loss of the deposit.
*Holiday Exceptions: For stays arriving December 24 through January 2, a 14-day notice is required for a refund.
Best Flexible Rate: 3 Days
If you prefer extra flexibility, our Best Flexible Rate allows you to cancel up to 3 days before arrival and receive a full refund of your deposit.
Book Early, Breathe Easy Offer: Non-Refundable
Book Early, Breathe Easy (formerly known as Advance Purchase) bookings offer great savings but require full prepayment and are non-refundable. These reservations cannot be changed or cancelled without forfeiting the deposit.
Reservation Changes
Date changes are treated as a new reservation and follow the cancellation policy of the new dates and rate type. If the new request falls outside its cancellation window, the original deposit may not be refundable.
Errors and Omissions:
Our website and booking engine may contain technical inaccuracies and typographical errors, including but not limited to inaccuracies relating to pricing or availability applicable to your transaction. Tranquility Bay does not assume responsibility or liability for any such inaccuracies, errors or omissions. We reserve the right to make changes, corrections, and/or improvements to our website and booking engine, and to the products and programs described in such information, at any time without notice, including after confirmation of a transaction.

Taxes & Fees:
A Resort Fee of $55 per night (excluding 12.5% applicable taxes) is applied to all bookings. The resort fee includes complimentary use of bikes outside the resort, access to our fitness center, various weekly activities, and environmental interests around the resort. Be sure to check out our Experiences page for our list of monthly activities.
A 1% Destination Fee will also be deducted from all reservations to support local Keys’ tourism efforts.
