Tranquility Bay Beachfront Resort Reservation Policies
Reservations:
Reservations for Tranquility Bay Beachfront Resort can be made by telephone or online. A room is not reserved until a credit card has been obtained for deposit. Please note: upon confirmation of your reservation, you are obligated for the deposit, as outlined below. A confirmation email will be sent to you. Should you not receive a confirmation email it is your responsibility to contact us to ensure we have the correct information on file.
Deposit and Payment:
All deposits will be charged at the time of booking and applies to any and all date(s) of your reservation. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. If you plan on using a gift certificate, please let us know at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy:
If you find it necessary to change or cancel your reservation, please note our standard cancellation policy requires a minimum of 3 days’ notice to receive a refund of your deposit. Special sales and limited-time offers including, but not limited to Advance Purchase, require a 100% deposit and are completely non-refundable regardless of cancellation date.
Other rate codes as outlined below have specific cancellation requirements. Look for your corresponding rate code booked to determine its cancellation policy.
27 days with no length of stay requirement:

*Note, 30-day notice is required for any and all reservations with stay dates between December 24 and January 1.

Taxes & Fees:
A Resort Fee of $45 per night (excluding 12.5% applicable taxes) is applied to all bookings. The resort fee includes complimentary use of bikes outside the resort, use of volleyball court and beach games, usage of all pools on property & more!
