Terms and Conditions

Offer is valid only on select room types and dates, subject to availability. Rates do not reflect an additional per night resort fee and 12.5% applicable tax. Offer is valid on new bookings only and cannot be applied to existing reservations. Minimum length of stay is three nights.

Deposit Policy

Reservations booked at this rate require a deposit equal to the first night’s stay plus 12.5% tax, due at the time of reservation. Declined cards will not be re-authorized.

Cancellation Policy

All reservations must cancel 7 days prior to arrival. Deposit will be forfeited in the event of a late cancellation or no-show. An early checkout will be charged an additional one-night penalty. *Stays between December 24 and January 1 require 30-day notice to avoid cancellation fees. Blackout dates apply.
