Terms and Conditions

Offer is valid only on select room types and dates, subject to availability. Rates do not reflect an additional per night resort fee and 12.5% applicable tax. Offer is valid on new bookings only and cannot be applied to existing reservations.

Deposit Policy

Reservations booked at this rate require a deposit equal to the first night’s stay plus 12.5% tax, due at the time of reservation.

Cancellation Policy

All reservations must cancel 3 days prior to arrival. Deposit will be forfeited in the event of a late cancellation or no-show. An early checkout will be charged an additional one-night penalty. *Note, 14-day notice is required for any and all reservations with stay dates between December 24, 2024 and January 1, 2025. For reservations booked prior to January 8, 2024 and with stay dates between 12/24 and 1/1, a 3-day cancellation policy will apply. Blackout dates apply. Two night length of stay required.
